Overview
Mentacalm is an Ayurvedic herbal formulation developed by Vedistry, a division of Charak, designed to support mental wellness, relieve stress, and reduce anxiety. It is formulated as an oral tablet containing a blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbs, including Brahmi (*Bacopa monnieri*), Shankhpushpi (*Convolvulus pluricaulis*), Ashwagandha (*Withania somnifera*), Jyotishmati (*Celastrus paniculatus*), Vacha (*Acorus calamus*), Arjun (*Terminalia arjuna*), and Tagar (*Valeriana wallichii*). Mentacalm is clinically tested (CTRI/2024/09/073264) and shown to reduce cortisol levels, alleviate anxiety and depression, and improve mood without causing drowsiness or dependency.
