Overview
Mental Magnesium (also marketed as Mental-Mag) is a brain health dietary supplement developed by Triquetra Health. Launched in July 2026, it is formulated as a dual-pathway brain magnesium system designed to support memory, focus, sleep quality, and stress resilience. The product combines two patented, blood-brain barrier-crossing forms of magnesium: Magtein (Magnesium L-Threonate) and ATA Mg (Magnesium N-Acetyl Taurinate). These are paired with a precision cofactor matrix consisting of active Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Vitamin D3, Magnesium Ascorbate (Vitamin C), and a Fulvic/Humic Mineral Complex. Together, these ingredients work synergistically to optimize brain magnesium levels, support healthy neurotransmitter activity, and promote cognitive performance and relaxation.
