Mepindolol

Mepindolol is a small molecule beta blocker of the indole class, structurally described as a 2-methyl derivative of pindolol. It acts primarily as a selective beta1-adrenoreceptor antagonist with intrinsic sympathomimetic activity (ISA), meaning it can partially mimic the effects of catecholamines while blocking their action.
