Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MET-GGGo is an investigational triple agonist peptide developed by D&D Pharmatech for the treatment of obesity, diabetes, and metabolic diseases. It simultaneously targets the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon (GCG) receptors. This multi-receptor approach aims to leverage the synergistic effects of GLP-1 and GIP on insulin secretion and appetite suppression, combined with the energy expenditure-increasing properties of glucagon. MET-GGGo is part of D&D Pharmatech's oral peptide portfolio, utilizing their proprietary ORALINK platform to enable oral administration of peptide therapeutics.
