METABO

METABO is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement primarily composed of raspberry ketone, caffeine, capsaicin, garlic, ginger, and Citrus aurantium. It has been studied as an adjunct to an eight-week weight loss program, demonstrating safety and efficacy in augmenting improvements in body composition, waist and hip girth. Clinical trials showed significant reductions in body weight, fat mass, and waist and hip girth, along with an increase in lean mass and energy levels, compared to placebo.
