Metformin + flutamide is a combination of two small molecule drugs, metformin and flutamide, used primarily in research and off-label clinical settings for the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and related metabolic or hyperandrogenic conditions. Metformin is a biguanide antihyperglycemic agent that improves insulin sensitivity, reduces hepatic glucose production, and lowers blood glucose levels.
