Methotrexate + anti-H1 is a non-standard combination of two drugs used together, typically in patients who require both immunosuppressive therapy and symptomatic relief from allergic conditions. Methotrexate is a folic acid antagonist that acts as an antimetabolite and immunosuppressant, inhibiting dihydrofolate reductase to block DNA synthesis and cell replication.
