Overview

Methyl‑1‑testosterone (M1T; code name SC‑11195) is a synthetic and orally active anabolic–androgenic steroid (AAS) that was never marketed for medical use. It is the 17α‑methyl derivative of 1‑testosterone (dihydroboldenone). Methyl‑1‑testosterone acts as an agonist of the androgen receptor, promoting anabolic and androgenic effects in target tissues. It is considered a prohibited substance by the World Anti-Doping Agency and has been used illicitly for performance enhancement[6][8].
