**Mevonlerbart** is one of two fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibodies in REGN1908-1909, a 1:1 clinical mixture targeting **Fel d 1**, the major cat allergen. Developed by **Regeneron Pharmaceuticals** using VelocImmune® transgenic mouse technology, it neutralizes Fel d 1 to prevent allergic reactions by binding distinct epitopes, reducing symptoms in cat allergy. Primary indications include **cat allergy** and associated conditions like allergic asthma and conjunctivitis; it reached **Phase 3** trials but faced discontinuation of one study due to futility in 2022, while remaining active in others.[1]
