mezagitamab + pomalidomide + dexamethasone

**Mezagitamab + pomalidomide + dexamethasone** is an investigational combination regimen studied for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Mezagitamab is a subcutaneously administered human IgG1 anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody designed to target the CD38 receptor on plasma cells, directly inducing cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Pomalidomide is an oral immunomodulatory agent that enhances immune cell activity against myeloma and has antineoplastic effects. Dexamethasone is a synthetic glucocorticoid used to reduce inflammation and suppress immune responses. This combination aims to produce synergistic antimyeloma activity by targeting malignant plasma cells through complementary mechanisms. The combination has been tested in phase 1b trials in heavily pretreated myeloma patients and showed a tolerable safety profile, but the further development of mezagitamab in myeloma is not planned. Mezagitamab is currently under investigation for autoimmune diseases[6][8].
