MF59-adjuvanted H5N6 cell culture-derived influenza vaccine (aH5N6c) is an inactivated vaccine developed for immunization against influenza A H5N6 virus. It is formulated with the MF59 adjuvant to enhance immune response. The vaccine is being studied in various priming and booster regimens, including as a heterologous booster following H5N1 vaccination. Clinical trials have evaluated its safety and immunogenicity in both adult (18-64 years) and elderly (≥65 years) populations.
