**MF59-adjuvanted H5N6 influenza vaccine** is an investigational, cell culture-derived, monovalent inactivated subunit vaccine developed by CSL Seqirus for preparedness against avian influenza A/H5N6. Also termed **aH5N6c**, it contains influenza A/H5N6 hemagglutinin antigen formulated with MF59, a squalene-based oil-in-water emulsion adjuvant intended to enhance humoral immune responses. The vaccine has been evaluated in Phase 2 studies in healthy adults, including heterologous H5 prime-boost regimens with related MF59-adjuvanted H5 influenza vaccines. No marketed brand name has been identified.
