Overview

MF6, also known as Mtoxin, is a novel topoisomerase I inhibitor (TOP1i) payload developed by Mabwell. It is a core component of Mabwell's IDDC (Intelligent Design and Delivery Conjugation) platform, which utilizes site-specific conjugation to produce antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with high homogeneity and stability. MF6 is designed to provide potent pharmacodynamics, bystander killing efficacy, and the ability to overcome multidrug resistance. It serves as the cytotoxic payload in several clinical-stage ADC candidates, including 7MW4811 and 7MW3711 (a B7-H3-targeting ADC), which are currently being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors such as lung, colorectal, pancreatic, and gastric cancers.
