Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MG-GTX13 is a nanomedicine candidate developed by MEPSGEN for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM) and other brain tumors. It is part of the company's MG-X_Nanomedicine pipeline, which utilizes a proprietary biomimetic nanoparticle platform and microvortex synthesis technology (NanoCalibur™) to deliver therapeutic payloads across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). MG-GTX13 is designed to achieve targeted accumulation in brain tumor tissues through receptor-mediated endocytosis, potentially improving the efficacy and safety of treatment for aggressive central nervous system malignancies. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
