MG01 is an investigational **subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy** developed by Inmunotek for grass-pollen allergy. It is a purified grass-pollen allergen extract chemically polymerized with glutaraldehyde to form an allergoid, intended to reduce allergenicity while preserving immunogenicity. The grass mixture has been described as including *Phleum pratense*, *Holcus lanatus*, *Poa pratensis*, *Festuca pratensis*, *Lolium perenne*, and *Dactylis glomerata*. MG01 is being evaluated alone and in mixtures with other allergen extracts for allergic rhinitis, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, and mild-to-moderate allergic asthma.
