Overview

MG01 + T517 is a subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy developed by Inmunotek for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, allergic rhinoconjunctivitis, and allergic asthma. It consists of a purified and polymerized glutaraldehyde allergen extract derived from a mixture of grass pollens (including Phleum pratense, Holcus lanatus, Poa pratensis, Festuca pratensis, Lolium perenne, Dactylis glomerata) and olive pollen (Olea europaea). The therapy acts as an immunomodulator to induce immune tolerance to these allergens. It is currently in phase III clinical trials in Spain for multiple age groups with indications including allergic rhinitis and asthma[1][3][4].
