MG01 + T521 is a subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) combination used for treating allergies against grass and olive pollen. It consists of two components: MG01, which is derived from a mixture of grasses (Phleum pratense, Holcus lanatus, Poa pratensis, Festuca pratensis, Lolium perenne, and Dactylis glomerata), and T521, which is derived from Olea europaea (olive). Both components are purified allergen extracts that have been polymerized with glutaraldehyde.
