MG01-T521

**MG01-T521** is an investigational subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy developed by Inmunotek for patients sensitized to both grass and Cupressaceae pollens. It is a pharmaceutically single, heterogeneous mixture of polymerized allergenic extracts comprising MG01 grass-pollen extract and T521 Cupressaceae-pollen extract. Repeated subcutaneous administration is intended to induce allergen-specific immune tolerance and reduce IgE-mediated respiratory allergy symptoms and rescue-medication use in allergic rhinitis or rhinoconjunctivitis, including in patients with concomitant mild to moderate allergic asthma. The Phase 3 program includes a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled multicenter Spanish study evaluating subcutaneous treatment of allergy to Cupressaceae and grasses.
