MG56-IV

**MG56-IV** is an investigational subcutaneous allergen immunotherapy developed by Inmunotek for grass pollen-induced allergic rhinitis and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. It is a polymerized allergoid preparation comprising equal proportions of *Phleum pratense* and *Dactylis glomerata* pollen allergoids conjugated to non-oxidized *Saccharomyces cerevisiae* mannan using glutaraldehyde. The mannan carrier is intended to enhance allergen uptake by dendritic cells and promote allergen-specific immune tolerance. MG56-IV was evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 dose-finding study at 500, 1,000, 3,000, and 5,000 mTU/mL.
