Overview

**MG56-V** is an investigational sublingual allergen immunotherapy developed by Inmunotek for grass pollen-induced allergic rhinitis and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. It is supplied as a sublingual spray solution containing polymerized allergoids from a 50:50 mixture of *Phleum pratense* and *Dactylis glomerata* pollen conjugated with nonoxidized *Saccharomyces cerevisiae* mannan using glutaraldehyde. Mannan conjugation is intended to improve dendritic-cell uptake through C-type lectin receptors and promote allergen-specific immune tolerance. MG56-V was evaluated in a randomized, placebo-controlled Phase 2 dose-finding study registered as EudraCT 2014-005471-88 and NCT02654223.
