Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MG56-VII** is the sublingual 3,000 mTU/mL treatment arm of Inmunotek's MG56 allergen-specific immunotherapy program. It consists of polymerized grass-pollen allergoids from *Dactylis glomerata* and *Phleum pratense* conjugated to mannan and was evaluated for grass pollen-induced allergic rhinitis and allergic rhinoconjunctivitis. In the Phase 2 MG56-SIT-012 dose-finding study, participants received a daily 0.2 mL sublingual dose for four months while receiving subcutaneous placebo in the double-dummy design.
