Drug intelligence / Profile preview
MGB-001 is an autologous TCR-T cell therapy developed by Mongoose Bio. It is an epigenetically reprogrammed T-cell receptor (TCR) therapy designed to target a highly immunogenic and broadly expressed antigen found in many solid tumors. The therapy leverages advanced memory T cell reprogramming and proprietary antigen discovery technology, including the use of generative AI for antigen selection and T cell engineering. The targeted epitope was selected from thousands of well-curated, clinically annotated peptides to maximize pan-cancer applicability. MGB-001 aims to provide sustained immunoprotection for patients with solid tumors who have failed approved front-line therapies[9][1]. As of January 2025, it remains in preclinical development.
