Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MGN1601** is an investigational, fixed-combination therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by Mologen for advanced renal cell carcinoma. It combines allogeneic human renal cancer cells genetically modified with MIDGE DNA vectors to express interleukin-7, granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor, CD80, and CD154, with dSLIM, a DNA-based Toll-like receptor 9 agonist. The product is intended to promote innate and adaptive antitumor immunity against renal-cell-carcinoma-associated antigens and was evaluated by intradermal administration in the Phase 1/2 ASET study.
