MGX-102 is a discovery-stage single-domain antibody (sdAb) therapeutic being developed by Mabgenex for the treatment of snake envenomation. The drug is designed to neutralize key toxic components of snake venom, specifically targeting phospholipase A2 (PLA2) and bungarotoxin (Btx).
