Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**mHSP65-TTL** is an experimental, preclinical therapeutic cancer vaccine composed of recombinant mycobacterial heat shock protein 65 and tumor tissue lysate prepared from Panc02 pancreatic cancer tissue. In a C57BL/6 mouse Panc02 pancreatic cancer model, vaccination prolonged survival; low-dose cyclophosphamide enhanced this antitumor effect. The reported immune effects included increased splenic expression of RORγt and interleukin-17A transcripts following vaccination, supporting immune activation directed at tumor-associated antigens present in the lysate.
