Overview

MightyTIL (TP-102) is a next-generation, autologous, gene-engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy developed by TrAMPoline Pharma for the treatment of solid tumors, including sarcoma, head and neck cancer, and melanoma. The therapy utilizes the proprietary coR8:Amp technology, which involves engineering TILs to express a co-receptor that enhances the binding of the T-cell receptor (TCR) to tumor antigens and neoantigens. This dual-function technology aims to improve both the specificity and the activation of the T cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Currently in preclinical development, MightyTIL has shown superior anti-tumor activity compared to conventional, unmodified TILs in multiple animal tumor models.
