Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Migra 3 + omega-3 fatty acids is a combination dietary supplement formulated specifically for migraine prevention and neurological health. Its main active components are omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids—principally eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)—which modulate neuroinflammatory pathways and regulate neuronal signaling. Clinical and preclinical studies indicate these fatty acids inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokines, reduce neuroinflammation, stabilize neuronal membranes, and modulate neurotransmitter function (notably serotonin and dopamine) implicated in migraine pathophysiology. Supplementation is associated with reduced frequency, duration, and severity of migraines, with a favorable safety and tolerability profile compared to traditional migraine prophylactic drugs[1][2][3][4][5].
