MIL62 + orelabrutinib

MIL62 + orelabrutinib is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD20-positive B-cell lymphomas. MIL62 is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20, similar in mechanism to rituximab, designed to mediate B-cell depletion through immune-mediated cytotoxicity. Orelabrutinib (ICP-022) is a second-generation, highly selective Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor; it blocks B-cell receptor signaling, thus inhibiting survival and proliferation of malignant B cells. This combination aims to maximize anti-tumor effects via complementary mechanisms—direct targeting and depletion of CD20+ cells (by MIL62), and inhibition of downstream survival signaling in B cells (by orelabrutinib). The combination is being developed and manufactured by InnoCare Pharma, and is in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for relapsed/refractory CD20-positive B-cell lymphoma[2][3][5].
