MIL77 is an investigational, afucosylated human-mouse chimeric monoclonal-antibody cocktail for **Ebola virus disease**. It comprises three anti-Zaire ebolavirus glycoprotein antibodies—MIL77-1, MIL77-2, and MIL77-3—derived from the variable regions of ZMapp antibodies 2G4, 4G7, and 13C6, respectively. The antibodies bind distinct regions of Ebola virus glycoprotein, including the GP base and glycan-cap or secreted-glycoprotein regions, to neutralize viral entry; afucosylation is intended to enhance Fcγ receptor-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
