MILs-NSCLC is an adoptive cell therapy developed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is produced by activating, transforming, and expanding T cells derived from the bone marrow of patients with NSCLC using a proprietary process. These marrow-infiltrating lymphocytes (MILs) are then infused back into the patient to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. The therapy aims to provide non-exhausted, memory-enhanced, antigen-specific T cells that can target tumor cells more effectively. Clinical studies are evaluating its use alone or in combination with nivolumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), and sometimes tadalafil. The primary indication is for patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic NSCLC who have relapsed on or are refractory to prior anti-PD-1 therapies[2][3][4].
