MiNK-413 is an investigational allogeneic cell therapy developed by MiNK Therapeutics. It consists of invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells that are genetically engineered to express a second-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), and are further "armored" with soluble interleukin-15 (IL-15) to enhance persistence and anti-tumor activity. The therapy is designed for the treatment of multiple myeloma, aiming to overcome limitations of current autologous BCMA-targeted cell therapies by improving tumor clearance, persistence, and manufacturing logistics. As of the latest reports, MiNK-413 remains in preclinical development[1][4][5][6].
