Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Minzhilin is a brand name for mizolastine extended-release tablets, a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine. It is primarily used for the symptomatic relief of allergic conditions such as seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and urticaria. Its mechanism of action involves selectively blocking peripheral H1 receptors, thereby preventing histamine from binding and reducing allergic symptoms. It also exhibits mast-stabilizing and anti-inflammatory properties. Minzhilin is administered orally.
