Mioflex-A

Mioflex-A is an oral fixed-dose combination medication developed by Mantecorp (now Hypera Pharma) indicated for the treatment of painful and inflammatory musculoskeletal conditions. It contains four active components: diclofenac sodium (50 mg), a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis; carisoprodol (125 mg), a skeletal muscle relaxant that likely acts via GABA-A receptor modulation; paracetamol (300 mg), an analgesic and antipyretic; and caffeine (30 mg), which acts as a central nervous system stimulant to enhance the analgesic effect. The product is used to manage conditions such as lower back pain (lombalgia), osteoarthritis, acute rheumatoid arthritis crises, gout attacks, and post-traumatic or post-surgical inflammatory states.
