miptenalimab

Miptenalimab (BI 754111) is an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody targeting lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3), a checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T cells. By antagonizing LAG-3, miptenalimab aims to restore T-cell function and enhance antitumor immune responses. It has been studied both as monotherapy and in combination with other immunotherapies such as ezabenlimab (BI 754091, an anti-PD-1 antibody) for the treatment of advanced solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancers, esophageal cancer, and others. The drug is developed by Boehringer Ingelheim[2][3][5].
