miR-125b antagomiR

miR-125b antagomiR is an antisense oligonucleotide-based therapeutic agent designed to inhibit microRNA-125b (miR-125b) function. It works through a loss-of-function mechanism by binding to and blocking mature miR-125b, preventing the microRNA from interacting with its target messenger RNAs.
