Drug intelligence / Profile preview
miR-150-5p mimic-exos is an exosome-based therapeutic agent derived from human umbilical mesenchymal stem cells (HUMSCs) that carries microRNA-150-5p (miRNA-150-5p). It is being investigated for its potential to treat rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by alleviating bone destruction and regulating bone immunity. The drug is thought to exert its effects by modulating regulatory T cells (Tregs) and osteoclasts (OCs) through the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) signaling pathway.
