Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**miR-21-3p agomiR** is a chemically-modified double-strand miRNA mimic designed to mimic endogenous miR-21-3p. It is used for functional studies of miR-21-3p and has been shown to enhance fibroblast proliferation, inhibit apoptosis, and accelerate wound healing by targeting SPRY1[1][4][7]. It is also involved in regulating inflammation, mitophagy, and macrophage polarization in heart conditions[2]. Additionally, it plays a role in modulating tuberculosis infection and has implications in ferroptosis[3][5].
