MIR373 is a microRNA-373 (miR-373) mimic being developed by IPS HEART as an RNA-based therapy for the treatment of heart failure and cardiac fibrosis. As a miRNA mimic, the therapeutic is designed to restore or enhance the activity of endogenous miR-373, which plays a role in regulating gene expression pathways associated with cardioprotection and the inhibition of fibrotic remodeling in heart tissue.
