Drug intelligence / Profile preview
miRNA-371a-3p inhibitor is a synthetic oligonucleotide designed to inhibit the activity of microRNA-371a-3p (miR-371a-3p). In preclinical research, particularly in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCTs), miR-371a-3p is highly expressed and serves as a sensitive biomarker. Inhibition of miR-371a-3p using antagomirs or inhibitors has been shown to restore cisplatin sensitivity in resistant TGCT cell lines and affect key signaling pathways such as JAK/STAT, TGF-beta, and MAPK. It is primarily utilized as a research-use-only (RUO) laboratory reagent to investigate the molecular functions of miR-371a-3p in vitro.
