miswak extract

Miswak extract is a natural botanical substance derived from the roots, twigs, or stems of the *Salvadora persica* tree, also known as the toothbrush tree. Traditionally used for centuries as a natural chewing stick (miswak), the extract contains a complex array of bioactive compounds including silica, tannins, saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids, and sulfur. In modern dentistry, it is utilized for its potent antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cariogenic, and antioxidant properties.
