mivavotinib + nivolumab

Mivavotinib + nivolumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of mivavotinib (TAK-659/CB-659), a dual spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) and FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) inhibitor, and nivolumab, a programmed death 1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody. Mivavotinib targets SYK and FLT3 to reduce immunosuppressive immune cell populations and suppress tumor growth. Nivolumab blocks PD-1 on T cells to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. The combination has been studied in advanced solid tumors including triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), aiming to improve immunotherapy efficacy by modulating both tumor-intrinsic signaling pathways and the tumor microenvironment[1][2][5].
