**Mixed CAR-T Transfer** is an investigational autologous dual-target cellular immunotherapy developed by Xuzhou Medical University for relapsed or refractory CD19/22-positive B-lineage leukemia and lymphoma. The regimen consists of an equal mixed infusion of two separately manufactured CAR-T-cell products: anti-CD19 CAR-T cells and anti-CD22 CAR-T cells, each incorporating CD3 zeta and 4-1BB signaling domains. By targeting both CD19 and CD22, the approach is intended to enhance elimination of malignant B cells and reduce relapse caused by loss or heterogeneous expression of CD19.
