MK-1084 + pembrolizumab

MK-1084 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy for cancer, currently being evaluated as a first-line treatment for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with KRAS G12C mutation and high PD-L1 expression (tumor proportion score ≥50%). MK-1084 is an oral, selective small molecule inhibitor targeting the KRAS G12C mutation, one of the most common oncogenic drivers in NSCLC. Pembrolizumab (KEYTRUDA) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1) receptor on T cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
