Overview

MK-4464 is an investigational antibody-based trifunctional molecule (TriNKET) designed for cancer immunotherapy. It recruits immune cells into tumors and directly activates the killing of cancer cells by binding to CEACAM5 on cancer cells and NKG2D and CD16A on natural killer (NK) cells, as well as engaging cytotoxic T cells. The drug is being studied for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, both as monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab. Its dual mechanism aims to enhance immune cell infiltration into tumors and promote direct tumor cell lysis[1][5][4].
