MK-4700

MK-4700 is an investigational antineoplastic drug developed by Merck Sharp & Dohme for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody). The precise mechanism of action for MK-4700 has not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025.
