MKK300

MKK300 (also known as MV-401) is a recombinant vaccine candidate developed by MAXVAX Biotechnology for the prevention of Norovirus infection. Norovirus is a highly contagious pathogen and a leading cause of acute gastroenteritis worldwide, for which no licensed vaccines are currently available. The vaccine is produced using MAXVAX's proprietary recombinant protein expression platform and is designed to elicit a robust and broad-spectrum immune response against multiple norovirus genotypes. Currently in the preclinical stage of development, MKK300 leverages advanced adjuvant technology to enhance immunogenicity and provide protective immunity. The program aims to address a significant global health burden by reducing the incidence and severity of norovirus-induced gastroenteritis.
