MLN6095

MLN6095 is a small molecule antagonist of the C-C chemokine receptor type 1 (CCR1) that was developed by Millennium Pharmaceuticals (now a subsidiary of Takeda). The compound was designed to treat inflammatory diseases by blocking the interaction between CCR1 and its chemokine ligands, such as CCL3 (MIP-1α) and CCL5 (RANTES), which are critical for the recruitment and activation of leukocytes at sites of inflammation. MLN6095 was advanced into Phase 1 clinical development in 2006 as part of Millennium's broader inflammation pipeline, which also included the CCR1 antagonist MLN3897. However, development of MLN6095 appears to have been discontinued, as it is no longer listed in active company pipelines.
