Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**MM09-MG01** is an investigational subcutaneous allergen-specific immunotherapy developed by Inmunotek for allergic rhinitis/rhinoconjunctivitis and mild to moderate allergic asthma in patients sensitized to house dust mites and grass pollen. It is a pharmaceutically single heterogeneous allergen-extract mixture containing *Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus*, *Dermatophagoides farinae*, and a grass-pollen mixture; the purified allergenic extracts are adsorbed onto aluminum hydroxide and polymerized with glutaraldehyde, with mannan-conjugated allergoid technology reported for the mite component. The product is intended to induce durable allergen-specific immune tolerance and reduce allergic symptoms and rescue-medication use.
