MMB101

MMB101 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domains), an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. By binding to a novel epitope spanning multiple PVR binding sites, MMB101 is designed to optimize functional coverage of TIGIT, thereby inhibiting its immunosuppressive signaling. This mechanism aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking the inhibitory effects of TIGIT on immune effector cells. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of neoplasms, including liver cancer, and remains in the discovery/preclinical stage[1][2][9].
