MNE-C261 is an off-the-shelf mRNA-based cancer vaccine being developed by myNEO Therapeutics for the treatment of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC). The vaccine utilizes myNEO's proprietary Camyotopes platform, which identifies and incorporates shared neoantigens (neoepitopes) that are frequently presented by tumor cells across a patient population. By delivering these antigens via mRNA, MNE-C261 aims to stimulate a robust T-cell mediated immune response against the tumor. As of 2024, the program is in the preclinical stage, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) or Clinical Trial Application (CTA) filing targeted for the first half of 2027.
